I want to, I can … prevent natural disasters
A medium-term strategy for the holistic restoration of affected communities and development of tools for prevention and community strengthening with adults, teens and children, increasing their resilience to handle future emergencies.
Project objectives
Build human capital to act in emergency situations, maintaining leadership to coordinate social restoration plans.
Build key messages to foment action both in an emergency and in community reconstruction.
Provide health care tools to prevent hygiene and health behavior-related diseases, in the face of disaster conditions.
Develop life skills and strategies for emotional containment and self-regulation to overcome the moment of crisis and the drastic changes being faced.
Maintain organized and productive citizen participation.
