Training primary school teachers and school administrators in life skills and school performance improvement. Educators then implement the program with their students in the classroom.
Description 
This program enhances school performance and talents through encouraging teacher motivation and educators' ability to promote a culture of engagement and trust within the school, ultimately building students' holistic development. It utilizes fun, play-based, experiential learning techniques with a focus on gender and bullying prevention.
Objectives
Strengthen the life skills of key teachers to facilitate successful school performance among students.
Reduce teachers' and students' psychosocial barriers that are limiting students' school performance, such as fear, shame and prejudices.
Increase elementary school students' classroom participation and school performance.
Enhance community understanding of the need to support girls in their education.
Increase middle school enrollment and decrease drop out, with a particular focus on girls.
