Description 
This program develops the personal agency and intrinsic empowerment of supervisors and operators to achieve sustainable changes within factories. It promotes personal and labor rights and responsibilites, gender equality and workplace violence prevention, while encouraging motivation and responsibility in order to increase productivity. It supports the alignment of international companies' codes of conduct with the 2020 Global Pact principles.
Objectives
Promote personal and professional development within a framework of wellbeing and a positive work environment.
Encourage self-care and safety standards within each company.
Promote human and labor rights with a gender equality approach.
Reduce attitudes that lead to workplace violence and encourage violence prevention.
Reduce production defects, increasing workplace commitment and decreasing absenteeism.
