I WANT TO, I CAN SOLUTIONS TAILOR-MADE PROJECTS
WE STRENGTHEN YOUR HUMAN RESOURCES
Our programs improve the productivity and well-being of your labor force
We have been collaborating with companies since 2005. By promoting workers' life skills, we produce agents of change capable of leveraging new opportunities and enhancing productivity. In addition, participants learn to protect their health and follow safety procedures. We provide training in psycho-laboral skills with attractive, high impact techniques. We take into account the needs of each company.
Danone - Semillas
A SUCCESS STORY
Challenge
Danone looked to strengthen its supervisors' personal and professional skills in order to improve performance and sales. The company sought to strengthen teamwork and the holistic development of local saleswomen.
Solution
Yo quiero Yo puedo gave a 120-hour course to Danone supervisors, who replicated the program with 500 saleswomen. As a result, the saleswomen had greater empathy with their clients and learned to work as a team, resulting in increased sales. They also reported having learned to set concrete goals and objectives. Workshops reinforced skills such as assertive communication, critical thinking and self-awareness, which enhanced their self-esteem.
We strengthen your social license to operate
We have been collaborating with companies to reach their social responsibility goals since 2005. We start with a market analysis and then address those identified needs of the community. The I want to, I can programs have proven effective at the community level, be it improving education, solving specific problems or creating new opportunities. The geographical areas and subjects that you are interested in will be integrated with the local community's needs. Social responsibility programs are tax deductible.
