Materials to strengthen sexual and reproductive health in Greece
AN EXAMPLE OF OUR PROGRAMS AND MATERIALS
Our adolescent sexual and reproductive health program was taken to Greece and translated. This program promotes the development of life skills and the reduction of psychosocial barriers necessary for the prevention of adolescent pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections. The program has increased attitudes toward pregnancy prevention by 43%, condom use by 23% and confidence in using a condom by 81%.

Having conducted more than 200 evaluations of programs that seek to bring about behavior change in a variety of areas, whether for community development, health care or entrepreneurship, we bring our technical and thematic expertise as well as sensitivity to contexts in the field.
Our team includes experts in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies for the evaluation of processes and impact, and are members of the National System of Researchers of Mexico. We have the capacity to respond to your situation, whether it is a need for observation in marginalized rural communities or a final report that can be disseminated to impact public policy. We offer to carry out the evaluation process, or train your team and involve them in the process.
Using new technolgies to survey bullying and school climate
AN EXAMPLE OF OUR EVALUATIONS
We designed, implemented and evaluated a pilot technology-based strategy to apply a diagnostic survey on bullying and the classroom environment across middle schools in two states. This exercise enabled the National Institute for Educational Evaluation (INEE) to accurately and reliably collect the information needed to contribute to education quality improvement work.
TRAIN YOUR STAFF
Our institutional capacity building program is based on more than 30 years of experience that has placed us at an A level as assessed by Filantrofilia. We provide a range of trainings, including on: proposal development, project design, promotional and educational material development, group management techniques applied to various topics, process and impact evaluation, financial control, reporting, dissemination of results and program scaling.
Our services are available to NGOs around the world. We offer you from a one-day training to a one-year course.
AN EXAMPLE OF OUR TRAININGS
In Mexico City, we gave a course for nonprofit staff nationwide working on HIV/AIDS prevention. The objective was to strengthen the design, management and reporting of their projects. We met the needs of each organization with flexibility and professionalism so as to bring participating organizations increased grant revenue, greater program impact and effectiveness, stronger human resources and institutional growth.
