We implement the international HERfinance program in local factories. We train factory staff in skills development and financial education to improve their personal finances, and facilitate their sharing this knowledge with their peers.
Project objectives
Share basic financial planning and money management tools.
Enhance workers' access to existing financial services and products.
Increase and maintain financial behaviors such as savings and budgeting, and encourage the appropriate use of financial products and services.
Strengthen the interaction between the factory where the program is implemented and its employees, as a way to demonstrate the company's interest in the welfare of its workers.
