Train factory workers in basic financial education habits and connect them with appropriate financial services, working hand in hand with the factory to strengthen worker wellbeing
Description 
The program provides basic financial education tools for workers to take control of their personal finances, based on the HERfinance model developed by the international agency BSR. The program supports savings habits, teaching workers how to make a budget, responsibly take out loans and make informed decisions about available financial products and services. Some workers replicate content with their peers, changing financial culture in the workplace.
Objectives
Improve ability to make informed decisions for responsibly keeping track of finances.
Increase financial planning by tracking spending with a realistic budget.
Develop planning and responsibility-taking skills in order to take on loans responsibly.
Strengthen savings habits.
Improve workers' perception of the company’s concern for their personal well-being.
