Reduce the stigma of mental illness care and increase individuals' openness to seeking support for their own emotional health
Description
The program trains community leaders and teachers, developing their social-emotional skills to catalyze actions for both the promotion of mental health and the reduction of stigma towards mental health care. Life skills and emotional intelligence are reinforced to strengthen the personal resources key for resilience. The program pays special attention to aspects related to depression and suicide prevention.
