Design, implement and evaluate a model of quality of care and holistic health promotion, directed at Rotational Medical Interns (MPSS) first in the state of Morelos, that contributes to interns' personal and professional development. Then, expand the program to 20 states across Mexico.
Project objectives
Promote quality of care and good patient treatment in the rotational internship.
Encourage the personal development of medical interns.
Facilitate life skills development among interns.
Monitor the process of change and adaptation of medical interns in the 1st level of care.
