Implement a comprehensive development program in the preschools and primary schools around the Vesta facilities in order to promote better interaction between the company and the community.
Project objectives
Identify schools in the areas surrounding the company's facilities, establishing a needs assessment prior to program implementation.
Train the teachers in each school so that they have more tools to promote the holistic development of their students.
Carry out integrated activities in which the participation of the entire school community is encouraged.
Carry out site visits to teachers to support program implementation with students while providing feedback and strengthening teachers' training process.
Promote better interaction between the company and the community through adopting a school.
