Today, the way to generate jobs in an economy is through entrepreneurship: entrepreneurs generate employment. In Mexico, 99.8% of businesses are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that generate 52% of the Gross Domestic Product and 72% of the country's employment. However, the educational system in the region is not providing young people with the analytical, creative and decision-making skills needed to form agents of change and to take advantage of the demographic bonus the region is experiencing.

Our entrepreneurship programs have enabled participants to improve their living conditions and generate jobs as they build their skills and intrinsic empowerment and develop their full potential. In other words, people become agents of change and generators of economic resources. We are part of the Youth Business International (YBI) network, bringing to Mexico the best practices of more than 50 independent organizations in more than 40 countries, and keeping us at the forefront of innovation in youth entrepreneurship programs worldwide.
