Economic development program for women and older adults in marginalized communities, creating and strengthening productive activities and entrepreneurship
Description 
Participants are trained in life skills and technical skills and then assisted by an expert business consultant. Micro or small enterprises are created that increase the incomes of women and older adults in marginalized communities, thus achieving their intrinsic and economic empowerment.
Objectives
Increase knowledge, life skills and technical skills for entrepreneurship.
Increase alternatives to improve people's income in marginalized communities.
Increase the products and services offered by and for the community.
Encourage decision-making and priority-setting to increase spending on health, education and food that benefits families.
Increase the number of successful micro or small businesses in marginalized populations.
