Training health personnel and social promotors through 12-hour-participatory workshops based on learning to play, in order to promote play in early childhood and positive interaction between children and caregivers.
Project objectives
Improve the capacities of health personnel and social promoters to prescribe play as part of their work.
Encourage parents and caregivers to promote free-play time for their children, and positive interaction with them.
Promote changes in institutional, community, and public policy settings, in order to promote play in children as a crucial component of child development and wellbeing.
