Train a network of promoters to become agents of change in their communities, preventing violence through the development of life skills and the reduction of psychosocial barriers
Description 
This program focuses on developing life skills as tools to recognize and prevent different types of violence. It promotes the responsibility and empowerment of women, men, adolescents or health care personnel. Participants replicate the program in their community by creating networks that strengthen the social fabric. Through assertive communication, negotiation and conflict resolution strategies, alternatives for a healthier coexistence are given in alignment with the needs of each group.
Objectives
Establish a network of community-level promoters who replicate the program in their communities, strengthening the social fabric.
Increase knowledge about different types of violence, generating detection and prevention alternatives.
Strengthen life skills such as self-awareness, empathy, communication, negotiation and conflict resolution.
Increase attitudes and behaviors that encourage people to take action to prevent, detect and denounce different types of violence.
Develop intrinsic empowerment so that people feel capable of promoting changes in their immediate vicinities to prevent violence.
