Train a network of promoters to become agents of change in their communities, preventing violence through the development of life skills and the reduction of psychosocial barriers
Description
This program focuses on developing life skills as tools to recognize and prevent different types of violence. It promotes the responsibility and empowerment of women, men, adolescents or health care personnel. Participants replicate the program in their community by creating networks that strengthen the social fabric. Through assertive communication, negotiation and conflict resolution strategies, alternatives for a healthier coexistence are given in alignment with the needs of each group.
